Motivational potential in pedagogical management

A pedagogical training was held in the Zharkent College of Humanities. Topic of training was "Motivational potential in pedagogical management". The aim of training: development of motivational and creative potential in the interaction of teacher and student in pedagogical activity. Teachers from magnetic schools of our district such as "Secondary school named after A. Rozybakiev", "Secondary school named after Enbekshi", demonstrated their work on the platform of pedagogical training. Teachers of Zharkent College of Humanities, who received the qualifications of "teacher-master", "teacher-researcher", "teacher-expert", "teacher-moderator", shared their experience. The work on the platform of exchange of experience in pedagogical training was summed up, feedback was given and a decision was made.
